The one time charter fee is not refundable after payment. It reserves your seat in the Charter and grants your license to the software. By paying it, you acknowledge and agree that it will not be refunded once paid. The one cent administrative fee included at activation is also not refundable. Choosing an installment, deferred, or other third-party payment method, if offered, does not change this rule. Your payment agreement remains with that provider, and canceling your membership does not automatically cancel any amount still owed to that provider.

The first billing time zone you select in the Charter agreement is locked and remains the sole calendar for dues. Your activation calendar month in that time zone is included, and activation day charges only the $2,500.00 Pro or $5,000.00 Black activation total, with $0.00 monthly dues that day. Monthly dues are first due at local midnight on the first of the next merchant calendar month and at local midnight on each first thereafter. Automatic collection and automated retry begin only after a supported recurring billing provider is commissioned and you separately authorize an eligible provider-held recurring payment method. Until then, no automatic charge or retry is claimed. An installment, deferred, or other third-party activation payment does not create recurring eligibility. If dues are not successfully paid, the membership enters a 72-hour resolution window. Membership and service access are revoked if the dues remain unresolved after the deadline. You may cancel future monthly dues at any time. Dues already billed for the current period are not refunded or prorated. When you cancel, membership and software access continue through the period you have paid for, then end.

Your founding rate is locked for as long as you remain a member in good standing. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate may no longer be available and current rates will apply.

Because the charter fee is not refundable by agreement, we ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can help. Initiating a chargeback on a fee that is not refundable does not change these terms and may result in suspension of your membership.
