The Optimum Wallet®, the Charter, and the payment orchestration systems and methods behind them are proprietary to Optimum Wallet LLC, created by Andre Baldwin. Protected elements include the architecture, workflows, software, source and object code, interfaces, documentation, security methods, operating framework, names, logos, text, design, and nonpublic implementation details.
Patent pending status applies only to subject matter covered by filed patent applications. It gives notice that an application has been filed, but it is not a representation that a patent has issued. Separate rights may also arise under copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, contract, and unfair competition law.
Membership grants a limited, not exclusive, not transferable, revocable license to use the enabled software for the admitted business while membership remains active and in good standing. It grants no ownership, assignment, source access, sublicensing right, or right to use the framework for another business. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Optimum Wallet LLC.
No person or entity may copy, scrape, reproduce, disclose, distribute, adapt, sublicense, sell, rent, lend, publish, commercially exploit, or create a competing or derivative product from any protected element without prior written authorization. Proprietary notices may not be removed, obscured, or altered.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, bypass, circumvent, extract, or attempt to discover the source code, structure, verification methods, security controls, internal logic, or design of the Optimum Wallet®, directly or through another person, tool, model, or service. These restrictions are material terms and survive termination.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate access termination and all remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief, actual or statutory damages where available, recovery or disgorgement of profits, preservation and discovery of evidence, legal fees where permitted, and other legal or equitable relief. No waiver is created by any delay in enforcement. No one may copy this framework.
